This regional list represents a unique look at the most successful companies within the Southwest economy. It’s the most prestigious list ranking the fastest-growing private companies based in Arizona, New Mexico, Oklahoma, and Texas.
This year 166 companies are recognized for creating immense value by adding 16,116 jobs, an economic expansion fuelled by a median revenue growth rate of 188 percent from 2019 to 2021, despite the squirrely economy.

Established 26 years ago, Movate is a digital technology and CX services company, delivering innovative technology-led services and niche value propositions to global clients. In the last few years, the company’s cultural outlook and business performance, along with its service portfolio, have significantly shifted, and the company has metamorphosed into a human-centered technology and experiences company.
