Gourishanker Jha, based in Bangalore, India, is the Executive Vice President & Chief Transformation Officer at Movate.

Gourishanker has over 24 Years of experience leading high performance digital product engineering teams with focus on solutioning for the continually evolving “consumer grade experiences”; amalgamating organic and in-organic growth drivers for large scale, organisation change management and transformation journeys and propagate an AI driven digital first ecosystem.

At Movate, he will lead the charge in propelling our AI Center of Excellence (CoE) forward and fostering innovation-driven growth across all service lines. With his long-standing experience and knowledge of implementing far-reaching transformation projects, he continues to build on the successes of our ongoing transformation journey.

Before joining Movate, Gourishanker played a crucial role at Hexaware Technologies as the Senior Vice President & Global Lead for Hexaware Interactive. Prior to this, he served as Senior Director and Global Portfolio Lead for the Automotive vertical at Publicis Sapient.

Outside of his work commitments, he finds joy in outdoor pursuits, particularly trekking in the Himalayas, and also takes pleasure in playing tennis and badminton.
