Dariyus Setna is the Executive Vice President and Chief Revenue Officer – Digital Services at Movate. He leads the Go-To-Market, Sales, and Account Management functions globally across all industry verticals for Movate’s Digital service lines categorized under the ‘Digital Infrastructure Services’, ‘Digital Engineering & Insights’ and ‘Enterprise Product Services’ business units globally.

With over 25 years of experience, Dariyus has a proven track record of building and scaling strong businesses, high-performing teams, and consistently driving industry-leading revenue and EBITDA growth. He has been the founder and CEO of a successful consulting business as well as held various leadership and executive roles at EY Consulting, Capgemini, Cognizant and Globant.

At his last organization, Globant, Dariyus was a key member of the Executive Leadership Committee, playing a vital role in achieving 4X revenue growth and 5x market capitalization growth over five years.

At Movate, Dariyus focuses on developing and driving the strategy and execution for propelling business growth by engaging Movate’s executive-level prospective and existing customers through a consultative and outcome-focused model. His strategic vision, results-driven approach, and deep industry knowledge are critical in maintaining a healthy growth trajectory for the Digital Services business.

Dariyus is based in the San Francisco Bay Area, and holds a Business Administration degree from Principia College, Illinois. He enjoys hiking, walking, reading, and traveling with family and friends in his free time. Being a sports enthusiast and an avid squash and racquetball player, Dariyus is now eager to learn and play pickleball.
