What is the ASHP Committee?

The ASHP Committee at Movate is an internal body established in compliance with the Prevention of Sexual Harassment of Women at the Workplace (POSH) Act, 2013. Its primary objective is to provide a platform for employees to raise concerns regarding any incidents or issues related to sexual harassment and ensure a fair, transparent, and confidential process for addressing such complaints.

Our Mandate

  1. Creating Awareness: The ASHP Committee works diligently to raise awareness about sexual harassment and educate employees about their rights and responsibilities in maintaining a harassment-free workplace.
  2. Preventing Harassment: We strive to create a safe and respectful environment, free from any form of harassment. Through proactive measures, we aim to prevent incidents of harassment before they occur.
  3. Complaints Redressal: We are responsible for receiving and investigating complaints related to sexual harassment, ensuring a safe and unbiased investigation process, and taking appropriate action based on the findings.
  4. Confidentiality: The ASHP Committee maintains strict confidentiality throughout the complaint-handling process to safeguard the privacy of all parties involved.
  5. Employee Support: We provide support and guidance to complainants and respondents throughout the complaint resolution process, ensuring their rights are protected.

How to Reach Out

If you have experienced or witnessed any incident of sexual harassment or have concerns related to the workplace environment, we encourage you to reach out to the ASHP Committee. We are here to listen and support you through the process.

You can file a complaint using any of the following methods:

  2. In Person: You can approach any ASHP Committee member in person to discuss your concerns.

Confidentiality and Non-Retaliation

 We understand the sensitive nature of harassment complaints and emphasize that all information shared with the ASHP Committee will be treated with the utmost confidentiality. Additionally, we strictly prohibit any form of retaliation against employees who raise genuine concerns in good faith.
